Steve teaches individuals and groups all of the techniques needed for getting connected with your body and your breath. Benefits range from relaxation and mindfulness, to advanced performance techniques.
Regardless of if you are a beginner or a serious practitioner, there is always something to learn.
Steve runs open classes on Thursdays from 7-8am UK time and 7-8pm UK time.
First class is free.
121 and group classes are available - mainly on a Thursday but I can work with you or your organisation to arrange what you need.
